Educational Requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : M Sc in any branch of Chemistry with NET/GATE Qualification OR B.E/ B.Tech Chemical Engineering/NanoTechnology with NET/GATE Qualification OR M.E. / M.Tech Chemical Engineering/Nano Science & Nano-Technology

Age Limit ( आयु सीमा ) : Not to exceed 28 Years.
How to Apply in Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT) ( आवेदन कैसे करे ) : Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions for Junior Research Fellowship as mentioned in Para 1 above, may attend the ‘Walk-in-Interview’ at this Institute on 08 June 2018 at 1000Hrs, along-with their original Certificates/Testimonials etc (together with a set of attested copies of each) for detailed scrutiny. Candidates working in Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies should produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the present employer. No TA will be paid for attending the ‘Walk-in-Interview’.

About Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT)
The Defence Institute of Advanced Technology, (DIAT) as it is known today, came into being as the Institute of Armament Studies in 1952 in the CME campus.
In 1967, the Institute was renamed as “Institute of Armament Technology, (IAT)”, which moved to its present location at Girinagar, Pune. From the relatively narrow scope of Armament Studies alone in the Fifties, the role of the Institute was considerably enlarged by the Defence R&D Council in 1964 and further in 1981.
