Pay Scale: Gross compensation budgeted for the position is approx. Rs.1.44 lacs per annum.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, or any of the Social Sciences, or Bachelors in Rural Development/ Business Administration/ Business Management, with two years’ experience in community work/ health projects

Qualifications: (1) Knowledge of English and Hindi, both written and oral; (2) Effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them; (3) Computer proficiency and familiarity with database management programmes and commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

Experience Requirements: (1) Familiarity with or experience of having worked in community health programmes, or in empowerment of health volunteers, or NGO health projects, or in involvement of PRIs in health projects; (2)Sensitivity to and knowledge and experience of working on issues relating to the monitoring of health projects, as well as coordination and cooperation between Govt. and NGOs in health programmes, at the grass-roots level
