Eligible Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Assistant District Attorney : Professional degree in Law from a recognized University or its equivalent and At least two years experience as an advocate. The candidate is required to produce experience certificate duly signed by the President, District Bar Association concerned/ Bar Council.
• For Principal, ITI : Bachelor’s Degree of any Branch of Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized University with at least three years experience in reputed industrial concern or in a training institute.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit :

• For Assistant District Attorney : 35 years
• For Principal, ITI : 45 years

Selection Process : Selection will be based on Written Examination OR Interview.

Application Fee : Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs.400/- for General Category and Rs.100/- for S.C. / S.T. / OBC of H.P. by cash at any branch of Punjab National Bank, through a e-challan generated through the above website or by using Visa / Master Card /Credit / Debit Card. Ex-Servicemen of H.P. (Ex-Servicemen, who are relieved from Defence Services after completion of normal tenure) / Blind of H.P./ Visually Impaired of H.P there is no fee.
