Educational Requirements: The incumbent should be an engineering graduate or equivalent preferably in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with good academic record from a recognized university/institution.

Experience Requirements: He should have adequate experience at a senior level in a large organisation of repute. Persons having experience in dealing with planning, design and construction of Hydro Electric and Thermal Power projects would have added advantage. Knowledge of power sector is desirable
