Responsibilities

The candidate should have good experience in cell culture, transfection techniques with siRNA, qPCR, Western blot, ELISA, matrigel invasion assay, miRNA and their target validation. The incumbent should have sound theoretical knowledge of cell biology with special reference to cell invasion, signalling pathways and miRNA analysis and validation.
